Coconut Kheer

cashew nuts 1 cup grated coconut 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder 1 cup milk 2 teaspoon ghee Method: Combine the ghee and cashew nuts and roast on high for 2 minutes or until they turn brown. Grind the coconut milk with 1 cup of water to make a paste. Cook on high for 6 minutes, stirring once in between. Add sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Add the fried cashew nuts,cardamom powder and milk and cook again for 1 minute. Garnish it with grated coconut and serve.
